Hello, we’re Dwello. Founded by a landlord with over 25 years' experience of letting its own properties,  we have a unique insight into what really matters to both landlords and tenants. We bring a proactive and personal approach to lettings and property management, with a high level of attention to detail and responding quickly to queries. We are assembling a team, packed with experience and quality, so that we can deliver a consistently high level of service.

Stephen started investing in property 25 years ago. He is committed to creating the best letting agency experience in Scotland. Stephen is the founder of Dwello and a landlord with a proven track record of managing a large portfolio.

Lee Hardy

Director of New Business

Lee has close to twenty years’ experience in the Scottish lettings market and was the architect behind the growth of Tay Letting, which was one of Scotland's most successful privately owned lettings agencies prior to its sale in 2024. In addition to driving growth in properties under management, Lee developed excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants and managed many of Glasgow's most prestigious rental properties.

David Gibb

Operations Director

David is a CIH Letwell qualified letting agent with 20 years of operational experience in lettings.

A respected industry leader with experience of managing large portfolios for high net worth and corporate property investors.

Craig Syme

Finance Director

Craig has a keen interest in Landlord Portfolio Accounting including cashflow forecasting, financing and refinancing, management accounts, financial appraisals and financial modelling. Craig has worked in senior finance roles in Property Management for over 15 years.

Scott is a results-driven property professional with 16 years of experience in the real estate sector, specialising in managing the full letting process from start to finish, including property marketing, tenant negotiations, maintenance coordination and end-of-tenancy procedures. He has a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, strengthened by experience across multiple industries.

Megan Bentley

Lettings Manager

Megan has worked for over 15 years in the lettings sector for two major agents, gaining experience on all service aspects, focusing latterly on property repairs and maintenance, lettings and tenant liaison. She is CIH qualified in Letting and Managing Residential Property.

Lisa O'Mahony

Lettings Manager

Lisa has worked as a residential property and lettings manager for ten years and deals with all lettings, repairs, maintenance and compliance matters efficiently and effectively, providing an excellent service to landlords and tenants.
She has significant experience in HMO compliance.

Nicola Doris

Portfolio Manager

Nicola has been managing a large portfolio of properties and tenancies for over 20 years, addressing all aspects of letting with a focus on property management and managing tenant relationships.

Louise comes to Dwello, building on thirteen years’ experience in management and customer service across different industries. She is motivated by new challenges and is excited to be part of the thriving, evolving lettings sector.

Mary has worked in Marketing for over a decade and her work to date has been recognised at national awards ceremonies. Her expertise is in building and shaping exciting, innovative brands which stand out for all the right reasons.

Stacey Lavelle

Accounts Manager

Working alongside Nicola, Stacey's focus over a 15 year period has been on landlord and tenant accounting, including rent collection, rent reviews, portfolio landlord reporting and contractor payments.

David King

Senior Maintenance Manager

David worked with Kelvin Properties for close to 25 years, during which time he has managed and worked on multiple property refurbishments (both for sale and for rent) in addition to managing repairs and maintenance programmes across the portfolios.

In the final stages of completing master's degree in international business management, Leila brings a strong academic background and solid experience in customer service to the team. Based in our Glasgow office, she takes a friendly, solutions-focused approach to supporting both landlords and tenants and is quickly building expertise in the lettings industry.
